The Ballroom
The Ballroom is perfect for large seminars, product launches, corporate hospitality, weddings and dinner dances. French doors open out onto a private terrace that overlooks the manicured lawns that lead down to the River Thames.
The room has a portable stage (14ft x 8ft x 1ft), spotlights and a full PA system.
The Ballroom can accommodate the following numbers of people:
- Theatre style - 250 people
- Classroom style - 100 people
- Boardroom - on request
- U shape - on request
- Reception - 300 people
- Banquet - 250 people
- Dinner dance - 200 people
The Ballroom is licensed to hold Civil Wedding ceremonies. During April to September the minimum number of 120 people is required for wedding receptions being held in the Ballroom. An additional charge, which is available on request, will be made for receptions that fall below these numbers for the Wedding Breakfast.

The Finlay Suite
Located next to the Ballroom, the Finlay Suite is a smaller function room. It has French doors that lead out onto a private terrace which overlooks the Phyllis Court Club gardens and the River Thames.
The Suite has its own private entrance and bar giving the flexibility for it to be used separately or with the Ballroom.
The Finlay Suite can accommodate the following numbers of people:
- Theatre style - 60 people
- Classroom style - on request
- Boardroom - 26 people
- U shape - on request
- Dinner - 70 people
The Finlay Suite is licensed to hold Civil Wedding ceremonies.

The Thames Room
Elegantly decorated in contemporary colours of cream and taupe, the Thames Room is light and airy with French doors leading out onto a private terrace. It is a great location for meetings, cocktail parties and private dinners.
The Thames Room can accommodate the following numbers of people:
- Theatre style - 60 people
- Classroom style - 40 people
- Boardroom - 24 people
- U shape - 20 people
- Reception - 70 people
- Dinner - 40 people
The Thames Room is licensed to hold Civil Wedding ceremonies. During April to September a minimum number of 30 people is required for wedding receptions being held in the Thames Room. An additional charge, which is available on request, will be made for receptions that fall below these numbers for the Wedding Breakfast.

The Kennet Room
Light, airy and quiet, the Kennet Room is ideal for meetings and training seminars.
The Kennet Room can accommodate the following numbers of people:
- Theatre style - 24 people
- Boardroom - 10 people
- U shape - 10 people
