The Grandstand Pavilion
This fabulous Grade II listed building, located in the manicured grounds of Phyllis Court Club, is nestled on the banks of the River Thames and overlooks the finishing line of the world famous Henley Royal Regatta.
The Grandstand Pavilion is both an impressive and romantic venue providing a breathtaking setting for a cocktail party, private dinner, wedding, dinner dance, corporate entertainment or meeting.
Split over two levels, the lower deck is heated, carpeted and fully glazed, providing year round protection against the weather. The upper deck is in true pavilion style for members and guests to enjoy the English summer.
The Grandstand Pavilion can accommodate the following numbers of people:
- Theatre style – 80 people
- Boardroom – 30 people
- Reception – 130 people
- Dinner – 100 people
- Dinner dance – 80 people
- Wedding reception – 80 people
The Grandstand Pavilion is licensed to hold Civil Wedding ceremonies. During June to September a minimum number of 60 people is required for wedding receptions being held in the Grandstand Pavilion. An additional charge, which is available on request, will be made for receptions that fall below these numbers for the Wedding Breakfast.
