Wedding receptions
The stunning surroundings of Phyllis Court Club and its River Thames setting make it the perfect backdrop for every bride’s special day. The staff at the Club will work with the happy couple prior to their big day, to ensure every detail has been covered – from colour schemes to catering requirements.
Phyllis Court Club can cater for wedding parties of between 30 and 250 guests.
Wedding Packages
We have designed three bespoke packages for your wedding at Phyllis Court Club which all aim to give you the most memorable day.
24 Carat - £180.00 per person
18 Carat - £135.00 per person
9 Carat - £85.00 per person

There is minimun number of people for wedding receptions:
The Ballroom and Finlay Suite - 120 people
The Grandstand Pavilion - 80 people
The Thames Room - 30 people
An additional charge, which is available on request, will be made for receptions that fall below these numbers for the Wedding Breakfast.
Civil Wedding Ceremony fees are charged separately.
Civil Ceremony
Phyllis Court Club offers a unique setting in which couples can exchange their marriage vows. Civil Wedding Ceremonies can be performed in four of the Clubs banqueting suites – the Ballroom, Finlay Suite, Thames Room and the Grandstand Pavilion. Each room provides a stunning backdrop to the ceremony whether it is of the River Thames or a beautiful Georgian panelled room.
Our events co-ordinators will work with the happy couple through the various options open to them including the legal formalities that have to be adhered to.
