'I wouldl like to say how exceptional your staff are and would like to mention in particular Cerris, Pete and George. Leading up to the party Cerris has been exceptional. She is efficient, effective and just charming. Nothing was ever too much trouble. On the night of the party Pete and George were amazing. When we had trouble with the Plasma screen they sought a solution which did not work but persevered and came up with another solution that did work. Three smashing people who deserve a mention. We would have no hesitation recommending Phyllis Court to anyone who wanted a wonderful venue with exceptional service.

‘Our most significant memory of the lunch was the attractive appearance of the Grandstand with the tables set up for lunch. We have had only favourable comments from our 70 guests on the food, service and setting’
Anniversary Lunch, 10th October 2009
'The setting is perfect, we had a fabulous evening. We thought the room looked absolutely delightful, the food and wine were utterly delicious and the staff could not have been more charming. Pete, who looked after us, was very attentive but at the same time unobtrusive and again very charming. The thank you letters that the Royal Mail allowed us so far show that our guests were very much of the same opinion! Many thanks for making it such a happy evening for us.’
