Light, airy and quiet, the Kennet Room on the first floor is ideal for meetings and training seminars.

The Kennet Room can accommodate the following numbers:
• Boardroom - 10 people
• Theatre style - 16 people

Thames Room

Elegantly decorated in contemporary colours of cream and taupe, the Thames Room is light and airy with French windows leading onto a private terrace.

It is a great location for meetings, cocktail parties and private dining.

The Thames Room can accommodate the following numbers:
• Boardroom - 24 people
• Classroom style - 20 people
• Dining - 50 people
• Reception - 60 people
• Theatre style - 60 people
• U shape - 20 people

Finlay Suite

Located next to the Ballroom, the Finlay Suite is a smaller function room.

It has French windows opening onto a private terrace, which overlooks the gardens and the Thames.

The Suite has its own entrance and bar, giving the flexibility for it to be used separately or in conjunction with the Ballroom.

The Finlay Suite can accommodate the following numbers:
• Boardroom - 26 people
• Classroom style - on request
• Dining - 70 people
• Reception - 100 people
• Theatre style - 60 people
• U shape - on request

Ballroom

The Ballroom is perfect for large seminars, product launches, weddings and dinner dances.

French windows open onto a private terrace overlooking lawns that lead down to the Thames.

The room has a portable stage (14ft x 8ft x 1ft), spotlights and a full PA system.

The Ballroom can accommodate the following numbers of people:
• Banquet – 250 people
• Classroom style – 100 people
• Dinner dance – 200 people
• Reception – 300 people
• Theatre style – 250 people

Grandstand Pavilion

The Grandstand Pavilion is both impressive and romantic, providing a breathtaking setting for a cocktail party, private dining, wedding, dinner dance, corporate entertainment or meeting.

The lower deck is heated, carpeted and fully glazed, providing year-round protection from the weather.

The upper deck is in true pavilion style for guests to enjoy the unique aspect and location.

The Grandstand Pavilion can accommodate the following numbers:
• Boardroom – 30 people
• Cabaret – 40 people
• Classroom style – 60 people
• Dining – 100 people
• Dinner dance – 80 people
• Reception – 130 people
• Theatre style – 80 people

There are five versatile function rooms available for private hire.  

The Ballroom and Finlay Suite is the largest venue in the area, accommodating up to 250 theatre style. French windows open onto a private terrace leading to the lawns down to the Thames. It has a portable stage, comfort cooling system, spotlights and a full PA system.

The riverside Grandstand Pavilion can accommodate 80 theatre-style and up to 100 for dining and is available year-round. The lower deck is heated, carpeted and fully glazed, providing comfort and protection against the weather, while the upper deck is in true pavilion style. During the Henley Royal Regatta (first week of July), it offers the best corporate hospitality private boxes with views over the course and, uniquely, the finish line.

The Finlay Suite and the Thames Room both seat 60 theatre-style and both have French windows leading onto private terraces.  

The Kennet Room is ideal for small meetings and has a 42-inch widescreen LCD TV.
