Phyllis Court Club is a lively & busy country house Club on the banks of the River Thames at Henley. We offer first-class dining, accommodation & social & sports facilities for our 3000 members. We are currently seeking the following:
Sales and Events Executive
You will be responsible for all aspects of sales and the organisation of Weddings, Events and Business Meetings.
Ideally you will have experience in a similar position within the hotel industry, with strong face-to-face and telephone sales experience.
Along with good organisational and attention to detail skills you must have the ability to work individually and as part of a small team.
The working week is Monday to Friday 9-5 or 10-6 with weekends and occasional evenings. Any additional time worked will be given the time off in lieu.
A salary of £18,000 - £20,000 is available dependent on experience, a pension scheme, life assurance & up to 25 days holiday per annum.

Directions
From London, M4:
Leave motorway at exit 8/9 onto the A404(M) following the signs for Henley on Thames. Straight over roundabout onto A4130 into town centre. Go over Henley bridge and turn right at lights. Go straight over the first mini-roundabout and fork right at the next onto A4155 to Marlow. After 150 metres turn right opposite Henley Rugby Club into Phyllis Court Drive to Phyllis Court Club.
From London, M40 and High Wycombe:
Leave motorway at exit 4 onto the A404(M). Follow the signs for Henley on Thames taking the A4130. Thereafter as above.
From Oxford, M40 J6:
Take the A4130 to Nettlebed. Continue to mini-roundabout, turn left onto A4155 to Marlow, and after 150 metres turn right opposite Henley Rugby Club into Phyllis Court Drive to Phyllis Court Club.
From Maidenhead:
To Thicket Corner and take A4130. Right at lights, then follow directions as from London.
From Basingstoke/Reading, M4 J11:
Follow A33 to Reading. Follow route past Station to Caversham Bridge, cross bridge and turn right, through Caversham. Turn left at roundabout by Church. Follow signs to Henley (approximately 6 miles). From Henley Town Centre follow Bell St A4130, turn right at mini roundabout on to A4155 to Marlow. After 150 metres turn right opposite Henley Rugby Club into Phyllis Court Drive to Phyllis Court Club.
Please park in the Visitors’ car park.
