Chocolate Easter Egg Workshop

Chocolate Eggs have become essential treats for many when celebrating Easter. Members enjoyed a fun and informative chocolate workshop in which they learnt to create gorgeous hand-made Easter Eggs. The event, which was held in the Thames Room, was led by Luci and Claire from Corbett Chocolates.

The workshop first taught the basics of working with chocolate and how to temper it. The attendees were able to add delicious flavours such as honeycomb, raspberries and marshmallows, before learning how to decorate their eggs by painting and piping.

We think the finished eggs look wonderful!
