Due to continued expansion, Phyllis Court Club is looking for an experienced HR Manager to co-ordinate the HR function and provide guidance and support to the Committees, Senior Management Team, Line Managers and Supervisors with the management and development of their teams.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To lead on developing Phyllis Court’s people strategy and practices, inputting into the overall Club’s leadership strategy from a people perspective, implementing and embedding HR policies and procedures and ensuring that the organisation’s culture is aligned with plans for growth.
The successful candidate will have a degree and a minimum of 5 years’ HR Management experience, as well as CIPD qualification(s) or equivalent post graduate qualification.
This role requires previous involvement in strategic planning as well as measuring and analysing HR metrics. Strong knowledge of UK employment law is essential. The successful candidate will have experience in implementing HR systems, policies and procedures within a Food and Beverage or Health & Fitness environment.
Good written skills and strong communications skills are important as is the ability to inspire and motivate all members of the Club staff.
