Clubhouse Dining

The doors to the Clubhouse are now open for indoor drinks and dining.

Top-quality dning is available in the Ballroom Restaurant and Conservatory, Orangery Bar, Thames Room, Lounge and Members Bar and on the Terrace.

The Ballroom Restaurant serves classic and popular dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as delicious afternoon tea. Members can enjoy views across the lawns from the new Ballroom Conservatory which gives a combination of indoor and outdoor dining. Tapas and sandwiches are available elsewhere in the Clubhouse. We have an extensive drinks list available which includes cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks.

Mobile Ordering

Our Mobile Ordering service allows you to order drinks and sandwiches to your table in the lounge, Members Bar, Orangery Bar and on the terrace. Mobile ordering is not used in the Ballroom Restaurant. You can track your order as we prepare it, and your food and beverages will be brought to your table. You may benefit from this service without downloading an app or creating an account, just visit our Mobile Ordering website directly, or scan our QR code (at your table) with your mobile phone camera.

How do I access Mobile Ordering?

Scan the QR code in the Clubhouse by opening the camera on your phone and pointing it at the code or visit the website and enter the pin numbers, also available in the Clubhouse.

Do I need to download an app or create an account?

No, you do not need to download an app or create an account to use this service.

How do I place an order?

Scan the QR code in the Clubhouse by opening the camera on your phone and pointing it at the code, or visit the website and enter the pin numbers available in the Clubhouse. Then simply select the items from the menu that you would like and click checkout. You will be asked for your name, membership number, table number and payment type (ledger, debit or credit card).

Do I need a table number to order?

Yes, this is required, and will be displayed on your table.

What can I order using this service?

In the Lounge, Members Bar and Orangery Bar, drinks and sandwiches are available to purchase through Mobile Ordering.

How do I pay?

At checkout you will have the option to pay using your member ledger or debit/credit card. You will need to have your membership card/fob/disc available for charging to ledger. If you are paying by card, payment will be taken with a card machine at the table when your order is delivered.

Can member’s guests or non-members use this service?

Yes. There is an option to pay by credit/debit card. Payment will be taken with a card machine at the table when your order is delivered.

Do I need to collect my order, or will it be delivered to my table?

Your order will be delivered to your table.

Can I check the status of my order?

Yes, after you checkout you will be taken to the order tracker page where you can monitor the status of your order.
