Our local area is rich in wonderful flavours and ingredients that will be used to craft the seven-course tasting and a la carte menus.

Each expert in their field, suppliers from within a 10-mile radius of Phyllis Court have been chosen. Not only does this allow Cromwell’s to showcase fresh British ingredients it also supports the local community. 

Local products have a minimal distance to travel which keeps their carbon footprint low and means they are as fresh as can be. These fresh local ingredients will be not only delicious but also nutritious!

The local bees at Honeys of Henley have access to the widest range of aromatic, wild & cultivated plants throughout the Chilterns & Thames Valley. The company, owned by Nigel and Jo, takes a conventional, hands-on approach to the processing and quality control of their delicious honey. They make it in small batches and can trace each jar back to the hive in which it was produced.

Chiltern Lamb grows grass fed, British native and rare breed sheep in the fields around the villages of Fawley and Skirmett in South Oxfordshire. It is owned and run by Tracy Betteridge, known to her friends as Bill! Welfare is her top priority and she can recognise every individual sheep (and lamb) in her herd of 230. Her focus is on the preservation of rare breeds of sheep and she currently has five different breeds – Jacob, Herdwick, Balwen, Badgerface-Torddu and Black Welsh - producing meat for sale.
