Dining Room Dress Code
How to make sure you look perfect in the dining room
The Dining Room is a beautiful open space that is highly decorative. Members like to make an occasion of using the dining room and dress formally.
Lunchtime is more relaxed in the dining room although we request that you dress in a smart casual way. A collared shirt, turtle or roll neck is ideal for men.
Guests should dress smartly for dinner. For gentlemen this may be a tailored jacket, lounge suit, dinner suit or blazer with a tie or cravat. Ties are preferable, but not compulsory. Ladies may wear smart trousers.
Denim and sportswear including shorts, track suits and trainers and open toed sandals for gentlemen are not permitted in the dining room.
