This role is working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the restaurant operations. You will strive for continuous improvement and to be a role model for Phyllis Court Club. With your catering know-how and attention to detail you will be responsible to ensure the highest levels of service and to maintain standards that have been set in the standard operating procedures for day-to-day activities. |
