DescriptionAs a Senior Pastry Chef at Phyllis Court Club you will be part of a fresh food led kitchen environment achieving high standards of culinary expectation for our members. This role provides an opportunity to create an exceptional dining experience within our busy and vibrant kitchens, using fresh and seasonal produce.
With a seasonal changing menu, an emphasis on local ingredients and a good range of daily specials; you will be asked for ideas and encouraged to develop yourself craft wise. Our kitchens are modern, spacious and come well equipped. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Pastry Chef who is serious about food.
This role provides the opportunity of a fantastic work/life balance, with the benefit of no split shifts. This is a full-time, salaried position working 40 hours per week. We have live in positions available for this role, our staff accommodation is situated in Henley and is available on request.

You will ensure that the kitchen and associated areas meet operational hygiene standards and comply with our health and safety policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for assisting in serving meals and stocking the staff canteen in a timely and efficient manner.

Stewards are what keep Regatta running, directing attendees to the right location, pointing out amenities, and creating a happy, vibrant atmosphere.
You will maintain the image of the public areas, clearing glasses, plates and cutlery inside and out to the dedicated wash up areas. The role involves walking, standing, and bending, but may also involve lifting and carrying heavy items.

DescriptionYou will be working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to oversee Food & Beverage operations. You will always consider how we can do it better, more efficiently, and how we can deliver even better service for our Members. We want to hear your ideas: we want to know what else we can do to get our Members and Guests talking and tasting, from quality food and attentive service to little touches that make a big difference, your catering know-how and painstaking attention to detail will ensure that every Member and Guest has an incredible experience.
You will be responsible to ensure the highest levels of service and to maintain standards that have been set in the SOP’s for day-to-day activities. You will find innovative ways to maximise sales and revenue, you will have a good knowledge of the menus being served, events that are taking place and all future promotions. Most importantly it will be your role to ensure that all Members and Guests at Phyllis Court Club have a memorable experience. You will also cover Duty Manager shifts on a rotational basis with other Supervisors and Managers at the Club.
