Live Zoom Classes
The full class timetable taught by the fitness team and external instructors is available via Zoom until the studio can re-open after 17th May. Classes include Express Cardio, Legs, Bums and Tums, Pure Stretch, No Impact Workout, Pilates and Yoga. These can all be done from your own home and require no extra equipment.
There is no need to book the Zoom classes, just log into Zoom and enjoy! The joining details have been shared via In Touch and can be found on the homepage of the Members area of the website (you must log in to see this).
