We are delighted to welcome our new Executive Chef, Carl Jackman. He brings with him exceptional knowledge and flair, as well as impressive previous experience which includes managing large kitchens in the Royal Albert Hall, for Rhuharb Catering, and local Henley restaurant ‘The Quince Tree’.Carl "will use great quality local ingredients and varied cooking methods to create interesting menus".
