Classes and Courses
On the timetable there are more than 15 different classes per week
Classes include a No-Impact Workout, Body Tone, On The Spot Circuits as well as a variety of Yoga and Pilates which are taught by the fitness team and external instructors.
Courses are run on a 6 week basis and include Yoga, Aqua Fit, Pilates and Aqua Zumba. If you are currently booked onto a course you will be offered priority to rebook onto the next course. However, if you are looking to book onto a new course, any spaces remaining will be available from 10am, 7 days in advance of the new course starting.
Any members looking to book onto a course that is currently full, Samantha Riley (Studio Coordinator) will create an interest sheet, if there is enough interest and an instructor available we will look to add an extra course to the timetable.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to classes starting. You may book your classes and courses, one week in advance, from 8 am, on the Members area of the website or via the Fitness Centre Reception 01491 570 518. If you are booking online, and cannot see your class, or are having difficulty booking, please call the Fitness Centre to book instead.
If you’re unable to attend your booking, please remember to cancel as soon as possible so that someone on the waiting list may be offered the space. Late arrival may result in you losing your booking or being refused entry to a class. You may lose your booking rights if you regularly cancel or forget to cancel bookings more than once.
To attend the Fitness Centre or take part in a class you must first complete a PAR-Q Form.
