On the timetable there are more than 15 different classes per week taught by the fitness team and external instructors. Classes include a no-impact workout, body tone, on the spot circuits and a variety of yoga and pilates. We have recently introduced Dance Fusion, FitBall and Bands and Tone classes and are trialling a new class in December, Ballet Fit - designed to tone, strengthen, stretch and challenge your muscles.
You may book classes, one week in advance, from 8 am, on the Members area of the website or via the Fitness Centre Reception 01491 570 518. If you are having difficulty booking onto a class, please call the Fitness Centre.
If you’re unable to attend your booking remember to cancel as soon as possible. Please arrive promptly for all bookings as late arrival may result in you losing your booking or being refused entry to a class. You may lose your booking rights if you regularly cancel or forget to cancel bookings more than once.
To ensure all Members have the opportunity to use the facilities you are not able to book back-to-back classes. Multiple sessions can be booked on the same day, but there must be at least a three hour gap between sessions.
Paid for courses that were due to resume on 2nd December will be resuming on Wednesday 9th December.
