Club Dress Code

Everyone at Phyllis Court Club is required to be suitably dressed while using the Club premises

Dress Code Definition Where applicable
Casual Denim jeans (not distressed), shorts, tracksuits and trainers are permitted. Terrace 
7am - 6.30pm: Orangery, Bar and Lounge
Smart Casual  A collared shirt, turtle or roll neck. No denim or sportswear (including shorts, track suits and trainers.) Dining Room Sunday Lunch 
After 6.30pm: Orangery, Bar, Lounge and Riverside Pavilion 
Smart Relaxed Ties are not compulsory and jackets may be removed. Smart denim jeans are allowed. Sportswear, trainers and t-shirts are not permitted. The dress code in the rest of the Club will remain unchanged and therefore those who choose to wear demin will not be permitted in the clubhouse after 6.30pm apart from when traveling to or from Cromwell’s. Smart  A tailored jacket, lounge suit, dinner suit or blazer preferably with a tie (or cravat). Ladies may wear smart trousers. Dining Room Dinner

No open-toed sandals for gentlemen.

General Etiquette

Coats or jackets are not to be hung over the chairs or sofas. Hats should not be worn inside the Club House.
Those responsible for children and young persons on the premises should ensure that they interpret the dress code sensibly and with due consideration to all.

Functions and Events 

For Club functions and Henley Royal Regatta week specific. Dress Codes will be set out within the accompanying paperwork.
