The chefs are experts in wedding catering and have created mouth-watering menus with which you can design your bespoke Wedding Breakfast and Evening Buffet. The Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter menus use the freshest seasonal produce and have been designed to offer complete flexibility – to satisfy your taste buds and your budget.
For your formal Wedding Breakfast you and your guests will be treated to canapés followed by a three-or four-course sit-down menu. Couples usually favour lighter meals later on in the evening and there are plenty of different ways to feed your guests – you could choose the ‘lobster shack’, hog roast or giant Spanish paella.
