Spring Larder Themed Night

On Tuesday 25th April, our Chefs presented a tasty and light Spring menu in the Orangery. It was a celebration of seasonal local produce with dishes such as 'English asparagus, hollandaise sauce and flower pot bread', 'Rump of West Country Lamb, butter Jersey Royals, purple sprouting' and 'Rhubarb & vanilla brûlée.

The next theme night will be 'Vegetarian Night on 31st May, which was very well attended last year.
