‘Please accept our grateful thanks for organising the provision of The Waterman for us on Saturday 9 June. We have only had compliments from all of our guests.  Your staff on board could not have been more helpful.  The skipper was very professional (we wouldn't expect anything else from 'Hobbs'). Lots of compliments regarding the lunch - so pleased I included the rare roast beef.  It was delicious and very well cooked.  Also, lots of compliments for the veggie tarts. Your bar staff were so helpful and able to meet all of my visitors requests. Incidentally, I settled the drinks bill whilst on board. And, we must not forget the weather.  Someone was looking down on us all weekend.  Henley looked at its best in the beautiful light of day.  I never fail to enjoy this stretch of the river.
