Our Fitness Team are passionate about keeping Members active during lockdown and therefore, have created some home workouts for you to do with your family.

The workouts combine a range of body weight exercises that you can do without equipment, at home or in the garden. Try one of our four new home workouts created by the fitness team for the second lockdown:
