To ensure that all Members have the best experience possible in the Fitness Centre, we ask that you review and abide by the current conditions of use and rules in the studio.
- Keep noise to a minimum when waiting before classes.
Bags, coats, umbrellas and all other personal belongings must be placed in the lockers provided and should not be brought in to the studio.
Arrive in good time for your class.
If you are late, you will not be allowed to enter the studio to participate in the class.
You may enter the studio no more than 10 minutes prior to the start of the class.
Phones must be kept on silent and all calls need to be taken outside the Fitness Centre.
Any damage to equipment or technical issues must be reported to a member of staff.
The studio should be kept tidy and any equipment must be put away after use.
Appropriate gym wear must be worn in the studio
We ask that all Members wipe down any equipment used with the D10 product that has been provided - this is an approved product suitable to combat the COVID-19 virus.
Any injuries or illnesses that may affect you during a class must be reported to the instructor prior to the class starting.
To stay hydrated, bring your own “pre filled” water bottle.
Wash or sanitise your hands before and after every class
Shoes must be clean and non-marking. Trainers or supportive plimsolls are recommended.
Open shoes are not permitted.
Only use equipment if you know how to do so safely. Please contact a member of the gym team for assistance if you are unsure.
Weights must not be dropped on the studio floor.
Entry to the studio when a class is in progress is not permitted.
All Members will be required to pre-book classes online or over the phone
You will be able to book classes up-to 7-days in advance from 8am
Please don’t wait around in groups before or after the class.
